A touch of history…
On the evening of 21st of August 1879, in the village of Knock, County Mayo, Ireland, several villagers witnessed what is now known as the Apparition at Knock. The Blessed Virgin Mary appeared, accompanied by St. Joseph, St. John the Evangelist, a Lamb on an altar, a Cross, and angels.
Since then, the site has grown to become a major place of Marian and Eucharistic devotion, drawing countless pilgrims who seek peace, healing, and spiritual consolation.
