We accept all quality related returns. In an unlikely event of product of unsatisfactory quality being delivered to you please contact us as soon as you can.
We would rather loose money on your order than leave you unhappy. We will always sort things out in your favour. Such approach makes it easy and simple to deal with problems, should they arise.
We will either re-print the faulty cards or issue a full refund. We will honour such request for up to 14 days after delivery.

When contacting us please quote your order number (if you can) – it can be found in every email you receive from us. This will help us to process your request quickly. Otherwise just say your name or whom the cards were for – we will find your order this way or another so do not worry.
Memorial cards are goods made to order and cannot be re-sold. We always require approval before we print and we never proceed with print without such approval. Thus, we regret to inform that we cannot process any claims arising from reasons other than a technical fault.
