If you are looking to get a bespoke/unique custom designed memorial card, then I will be happy to help.

My name is Andy and I have 20+ years of experience designing memorial cards. I designed all the template designs you can see on this website and hundreds of custom designs for individual clients as well. I also compiled verses and text suggestions available for my template designs that can be customised online.

I will also be the single point of contact for you regarding your order – proofs, delivery, order status and anything else that you may want to know.

Ordering Custom Cards

There is no design charge (pricing on the bottom, click here). If you order custom designed cards, you pay our regular prices.

There is no need to pay/place an order in advance to receive your first proof. It will take up to 3 working days. If you are in a hurry, please let me know.

If you like you can add this custom order product to cart and check out but it is not essential at this stage.

Below are some (non-essential) ordering guidelines. You may follow them if you like, they may speed things up a bit.

Bespoke memorial cards – how to start

Our detailed product information pages can be of great help as they contain absolutely everyghing you may need to know.

They are available from the top menu or you can simply click one of the following: Memorial Cards, Acknowledgement Cards (both double sided and 4 page), Wallet Cards, Bookmarks.

What Information Should I Supply?

We can accept all necessary information (text, photos) by email (preferred as it is faster) or by post. In order to create your custom memorial card we will need the following:

• Deceased Person’s full name
• Address (Town, and street/locality is normally used, not full address)
• Date of birth & date of death (or just date of death)
• A photograph or multiple photographs
• Other imagery you would like me to use
• Poems, verses and anything else you would like me to include
• Description of layout if you want me to work to precise specs – otherwise we will put everything together ourselves
• Any other suggestions you may have

If you want to create not only memorial cards but also ackonowledgement cards, wallet cards or bookmarks, please just email me with the above details.

We will get back to you with a quote and if you are happy we will arrange for a secure online payment for your order.

We do not take payments over the phone as it is insecure.

We will iterate over the design introducing changes and when you are happy to approve to print, we will proceed with print. Prices for custom designed cards are shown below.

All prices include delivery to Ireland and UK.

We never use real cards with real information as samples or for advertising (however obvious this may sound) but below you can see some of our template cards filled with placeholder data and stock photos.

These videos should give you a fairly good idea bout what the quality is.

Proofing of bespoke designed cards

Normally we send flat pdf files as proofs. Pdf is the most cross-platform reliable file format that can be reliably printed if needed and indeed displayed in the same way by almost any device.

Should you need it, we can generate some photo-like CGI graphics of your cards, like the one below:

We can do machine proofs of your cards too, but we avoid it and we have to charge 25 euro per proof. The reason is that single card has to go through the entire process just like the full run.
